Confluence, Jira, Jira Service Management, Google Docs, Google Drive, and Google Sheets each count as one source toward your plan's source limit. Slack is the notification channel and is always included on every tier. Slack does not count toward the source limit.
Anyone with sign-in access to Knorra. They can review findings, configure detectors, or read the activity log. Read-only viewers count as seats. Service accounts do not.
Findings remain visible read-only for 30 days. We send a single reminder a day before expiry, not a barrage. If you don't upgrade, your data is deleted after 30 days. We'll email you the day it happens.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle so you keep what you paid for.
Two months free, billed up front. Seat count can grow during the year and is invoiced as a true-up at the next renewal. Seat decreases reduce the next renewal. We don't refund mid-term.
Knorra SaaS runs on EU/UK infrastructure. Your data is stored and processed there. Region is not customer-selectable in the standard product. Enterprise customers can have a dedicated independent deployment with the region of their choice.
Indexes and findings are deleted within 30 days of cancellation. You can request immediate deletion on the cancellation screen. Audit logs are retained for the duration agreed in your DPA.
